These incredible transformations are more than just photos — they’re stories of renewed confidence and life-changing results. We’d love to hear about your unique smile concerns and goals so we can tailor an approach that fits you perfectly.
2020 changed a lot of things for a lot of people. Some people found themselves needing to do more public speaking, and almost all of us had to use video communication more than ever before. Even though we may not be face to face as frequently, our smiles are still front and centre when we show up on the screen. This patient knew his talks would be recorded for future use, and wanted to be prepared with his most confident smile.
Our patient came to see us for a routine cleaning. During the checkup she talked to us about her dental history: two of her upper front teeth were smaller than usual and left spacing between the teeth after she finished orthodontic treatment. Composite bonding is commonly used to close that spacing, but over time the filling material darkens and no longer matches the nearby teeth. We removed the old bonding, used clear aligners to position the teeth properly, then designed two custom porcelain veneers — working on just two teeth to transform an entire smile.
When we met this patient she had just about given up hope of ever having her full confident smile again, and came in to discuss replacing all her teeth with implants. Her care started with a thorough examination before discussing the pros and cons of every option — and together we decided she could keep her natural teeth and still have a bright, natural-looking smile. We removed all decay, took photographs, measurements and 3D images, then designed the new smile digitally so Dr. Femi could customise it and communicate the design to the laboratory. Before anything was final she got a ‘test drive’ — wearing a version of the design so she could approve it first.
